About me
I like to paint on location and with the suddenly changeable Tasmanian weather, that is sometimes quite a challenge! I mainly stick to landscapes, although l have done portraits upon special request.
Life is always an adventure and l feel l am always developing new ways to express that in my paintings.
Artwork
I have worked in a graphic design capacity, drawing or painting “realistically” for book illustrations, but recently l have been moving to more impressionistic styles with my acrylics. In other styles, l like to use traditional watercolour and also ink and wash linework. I have recently been using pastels and mixed media….so who knows what l will try next!
Most of my watercolours are up to 420 x 300 but my acrylics are 1200x 900.
