Yet another in a series of paintings from my bushwalks in my island home, Tasmania.
I love the colours and texture of the rocks on the East coast and I try to emphasize this in my brushwork, colours and layering.
I love mornings and evenings for my landscapes but I did this one at midday. It is a long way to carry and easel and gear.....
